Bryan Holland

What does he do?  Simply put: strategy.

Bryan doesn’t sleep. If he does, and you’re his client, he’s dreaming about building your business.

What Bryan does is methodically develop a strategy to clearly brand and uniquely position his clients’ business. He then puts his team into motion to create and execute a marketing program that delivers results. If that sounds too simple, it isn’t, but you don’t need to worry about it. That’s HIS job.

Client experience includes Chiquita Process Fruit Ingredients, IBM, Dental Care Plus, Fifth Third Bank, Cheviot Savings Bank, Stihl Power Tools, Snyder of Berlin, Floturn, Batesville Casket Company, American Mortgage, Procter and Gamble and Mason Company.

When Bryan isn’t creating the perfect strategy for his clients he’s busy. He serves on the Advisory Board and the Marketing Committee of the Goering Center for Family & Private Business at the University of Cincinnati. He is also actively involved with the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati’s marketing communications committee.  He led their successful branding initiative created by the Holland team. His son, Scott, has been actively involved in Scouting since first grade and as a result of this positive experience Bryan wanted to give back to this organization. He developed marketing strategies to build the summer camp enrollment for the
Dan Beard Council (Boy Scouts of America).

Bryan grew up in Finneytown and graduated from Indian Hill High School. He was awarded a baseball scholarship to the University of Cincinnati and had a select tryout for the Cincinnati Reds after graduation. He then went on to earn his MBA at Xavier University. He resides with his family in Mariemont. In addition to his son Scott, he has a daughter Megan enrolled in the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and on the women’s Big Ten soccer team. When he is not working, spending time with his family or teaching sunday school, he is looking forward to heading up north to Walloon Lake in Michigan where he spends 2-3 weeks each summer boating with his family – still dreaming about building his clients’ business.
